We are professional, supportive and our goal is to provide a high quality Montessori-Inspired educational experience for little learners. Looking for an Experienced Preschool Teacher. The teacher work a from 8:15am to 2:15pm Monday through Friday. Montessori training preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, creating activities to engage children, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to parents. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with other teachers and staff.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development. Observe and assess children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Communicate with parents about their child's progress. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Develop and implement individualized learning plans for each child. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Keep up-to-date on professional development training that is compensated. Maintain an orderly and clean classroom with the help of assistant teachers.
