Sunny Days is looking for an afternoon teacher. This full-time position hours would be 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. (Our center is closed weekends and major holidays.) Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment. Implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons. Monitor children's behavior and development, providing support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met. This position floats between all of our age groups, infants, toddlers, and afterschool classrooms. To be eligible for this job you must be able to pass a federal background check, certify and maintain an infant and child CPR and First Aid (trainer available) and complete 12 online training hours with-in the first 90 days.
