Job Description
Papa Bear Child Care and Preschool Centers is now hiring for Infant, Toddler and Preschool assistant Teachers for our 4 Child Care Centers in Idaho Falls, ID! Papa Bear Child Care and Preschool Centers is a family-focused learning center for children ages 0 to 11 years old. We are committed to creating a learning environment that fosters each child's ability to learn independently while also having fun and working with friends! We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Teachers to join our team. We currently have multiple positions open in our Infant rooms, Toddler rooms and with our Preschool rooms. Papa Bear offers PTO, Anniversary/Longevity Bonuses, hands on training, continued training and professional development. We are a growing company and have opportunities for growth available within our company. Our centers are closed weekends and major holidays. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational program according to the center's requirements as well as assisting the classroom in carrying out daily activities. This includes preparing and implementing lessons, making materials, monitoring the children's progress, and supervising the children in the classroom and during outside play. Some of the responsibilities you will have: Implementing lesson plans according to the center's requirements. Preparing materials for crafts, sensory and activities. Supervising children in the classroom and outside. We believe that learning should be an active, fun, safe, and secure process that encourages children to learn independently while also having fun!
