Manage classroom routines efficiently, including behavior management strategies and daily lesson planning to ensure a productive learning environment. Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure the safety and welfare of all children in compliance with child welfare regulations. Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience with special education needs, early intervention strategies, and behavior management practices. Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, physical education activities, and preschool teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to plan lessons aligned with educational standards while adapting to individual student needs. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to ensure safety during emergencies. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child abuse or neglect. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations including toddlers and children requiring additional support services such as special education or early intervention programs.
