The Preschool Lead Teacher will partner in the discipleship and instruction of students to provide a high-quality education with the Gospel and a Biblical Worldview as its foundation.

Care for two - five year olds in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Implement daily routines such as nap-time, diapering, instructed play time, crafts, etc. Ensure the room is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical growth. Provide one-on-one attention and fostering a loving and supportive atmosphere. Maintain a positive and caring relationship with children, parents, and fellow staff members in mature/professional way. Desire to continue learning and growing in all areas. Will take part in every opportunity to further educational and spiritual growth; with an eager heart. Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Understanding and confident ability to help the lead teacher in a multitude of classroom activities. Can multitask with great ease and true ability to be patient in any situation.
Requirements:
A valid CDA Credential/AA Degree (or related to that in early childhood/education field) is preferred. The candidate must have a competent understanding of early childhood instruction. Health and Welfare Background Check. Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment. Year Round schedule. Must be an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church. 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
