Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of children, including those requiring special education and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, fostering their emotional and social development through effective communication skills. Conduct assessments and standardized testing as needed to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home, providing guidance on childcare practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for young learners. Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
