Lollipop Land in Rigby, ID is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Assistant Child Care Teacher to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children while working in a nurturing and fun environment. Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans Supervise and engage children in a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and play area Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and child progress Follow all childcare licensing regulations, safety protocols, and center policies Assist with meals, nap time, and daily routines as needed
Requirements:
Must be 16 Years old Genuine passion for early childhood development and education Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check as required by Idaho childcare licensing standards CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Reliable, dependable, and a true team player Must be able to work 4-5 days 3:00-6:30.
