Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English/Bilingual Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This position involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The English/Bilingual Child Care Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with childhood development goals. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in play, educational activities, and arts and crafts to stimulate their creativity. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions among children. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring hygiene standards. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children. Responsible candidates Candidates must not miss work in three months. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred (babysitting, caregiving). Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience working with special education needs is a plus. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong skills in behavior management techniques to support children's social interactions. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various age groups (infants to toddlers). Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine love for working with children and contributing positively to their growth.
