Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the development of young children.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning through play
  • Develop and follow a daily schedule that incorporates educational programs and free play
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with preschool-aged children
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of young learners
