Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the development of young children.Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual and social growth of children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning through play
- Develop and follow a daily schedule that incorporates educational programs and free play
- Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of young learners
