Lead staff supervision by providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating professional development sessions, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee classroom activities and ensure instructional quality through regular observations and faculty evaluation processes. Coordinate with families to address concerns, communicate program updates, and promote family engagement in children's learning journeys. Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting fundraising efforts to enhance program resources. Stay informed about legal requirements related to childhood development, special education law, and educational regulation to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Proven leadership skills in managing school or childcare staff within a K-12 or preschool setting. Expertise in curriculum development tailored for early learners that supports cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Strong management abilities including personnel supervision, budget oversight as an education administrator, and strategic planning. Knowledge of school legal frameworks such as licensing regulations, special education law, and educational compliance standards. Skilled in facilitating professional development initiatives for staff to elevate instructional quality and team cohesion. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff members, families, community partners, and stakeholders. Experience in fundraising activities aimed at program enhancement or facility improvements within an educational context.
