KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our CDLC of Glenview center to nurture and inspire young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this role, you will design and lead activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in a safe, inclusive classroom. You will build strong partnerships with families, communicate progress, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety, well-being, and positive behavior. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences and milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and quality standards.
