Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our supportive, child-centered preschool team. In this on-site role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, academically rich activities that blend structured learning with play. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment, supervise children closely, and support their social-emotional and cognitive growth. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, ongoing observation and documentation, and regular communication with families. You'll collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and grow your skills within a culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and strong school-family partnerships.
