Safari Life Child Care & Learning Center is seeking passionate, dependable and caring Infant & Toddler Teachers to join our growing team. If you love working with young children, creating a safe learning environment, and being part of a supportive team, we want to meet you. Pay & Incentives Competitive hourly pay (based on experience & qualifications) $500 retention bonus after 90 day
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Childcare or infant/toddler experience preferred CDA ( Child Development Associate
  • Infant/Toddler OR 30 semester hours college credit(6 semester hours in early childhood/child development) required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree(preferred) Ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects Friendly and Professional Reliable Team player Able to lift 40+pounds
Responsibilities:
  • Implement developmentally appropriate activities to engage infants and toddlers.
  • Create and execute lesson plans that promote learning and social interaction.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
