"If a child can't learn the way we teach, we teach the way they learn." The Role We are looking for a warm, dependable Lead Infant Teacher to run our infant classroom in Oswego. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest learners thrive, and serve as the primary point of contact for infant-room families. Responsibilities Lead daily care and developmentally appropriate activities for infants (6 weeks-15 months) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom in compliance with Illinois DCFS standards Track and communicate daily feedings, naps, and milestones to parents via ProCare Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication Mentor and direct assistant teachers in the classroom Complete required documentation, including attendance and incident reports Qualifications Meets Illinois DCFS Early Childhood Teacher qualifications (60 semester hours of college credit with 6 in early childhood education, or equivalent per 89 Ill. Adm. Pay:

$19.25 - $21.25 per hour
