If you believe teaching is more than a job it's a calling, you'll feel at home here. Job Summery We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 3-5, foster a positive classroom environment, and build meaningful partnerships with families. Responsibilities Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Early Learning Guidelines Create a warm, inclusive, and organized classroom environment Observe, document, and assess each child's growth and development Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress Maintain accurate attendance, developmental records, and required documentation Collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff Ensure classroom safety and compliance with all licensing and health regulations Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare or educational setting
Pay:
$19.25 - $21.25 per hour
