Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment while guiding assistant teachers and supporting each child's individual growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning progress Maintain daily communication with families and build strong relationships Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and school policies Promote positive behavior guidance and social-emotional development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Qualifications CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Previous Lead Teacher experience strongly preferred Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and early learning standards Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements

Compensation Hourly Pay Range:
