Conduct ongoing assessments using standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student growth and inform instruction. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, conferences, and written reports regarding student development and educational goals. Utilize educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and foster interactive learning experiences in a safe, nurturing environment. Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood. Classroom management skills combined with the ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment. Skilled in using educational technology for lesson planning, tutoring, assessment administration, and parent engagement. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners for comprehensive student support.
