Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic School Age Child Care Teacher to inspire and support children during before and after-school hours, as well as full days on school out days/school breaks. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and develop essential life skills. Hours:

This individual will work a split shift Monday-Friday, from 6 a.m.-8:15 a.m. and then 1 or 1:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. during the school year. The center is closed all major holidays. Duties Supervise children before and after school and all day on school breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist children with homework activities while at the center Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play Implement safety protocols Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance when necessary Requirements Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with children and team members. $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
