Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead InfantTeacher to join our dynamic team! You will lead classroom activities, develop individualized educational plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to support children's diverse needs. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create an inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Duties Lead daily classroom instruction with a focus on early childhood development, literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of each student. Activities that are developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and aligned with curriculum standards. Collaborate with teaching assistants to adapt lessons for children with varying abilities and learning styles. Regularly assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual learning goals. Incorporate hands-on, experiential learning opportunities to foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss concerns, and foster strong home-school partnerships. Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and track student progress effectively. Organization and Cleaning Skills. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood or elementary education settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and teamwork with other professionals. Ability to integrate educational technology into classroom activities to support individualized learning goals.
