Childcare Providers work under the supervision of the lead provider to assist with the care of children up to approximately four years of age. Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 185 days per school year (185 care days correspond with teacher contract). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment. Assist with ensuring compliance of all childcare center requirements as a Legally Licensed Exempt Provider (LLEP). Work with team members, volunteers and guests in the program. Address basic interpersonal skills such as sharing, taking turns and asking permission. Help children with basic needs such as diaper changing, feeding, etc. Assist with supervision of children in all settings. Maintain a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere for staff and children. Other duties as requested as pertain to the care of children in the program.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent First Aid/CPR Certification (if needed, corporation can assist with certification) Experience in a childcare setting preferred
