Lead Teachers & Assistant Teachers Mount Pleasant Child Development Center is looking for dedicated, dependable Early Childhood Educators to join our team! We are currently accepting applications for both Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions .
Starting Pay:
$13.25-$16.34 per hour Pay is based on position, education, experience, and credentials. This Is More Than Babysitting! IS REQUIRED
Lead Teachers are responsible for helping create and implement an engaging classroom environment, supporting children's development and learning, communicating with families, maintaining classroom documentation, and providing leadership within the classroom team. Education and credential requirements apply based on the classroom and position. Assistant Teachers Assistant Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Assistants help with classroom activities, routines, supervision, meals, cleaning, and other daily responsibilities while supporting the overall goals of the classroom.
