Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the intellectual and social development of students. This position is suitable for individuals who have experience in various educational settings, including Montessori, daycare, private schools, and preschool environments. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Educate students in core subjects, focusing on literacy education and physical education. Create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and exploration among toddlers and preschoolers. Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices. Skills Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and practices. Experience in daycare, private school, or preschool settings is highly desirable. Proficiency in lesson planning tailored to different age groups and learning styles. Ability to teach physical education effectively, promoting health and fitness among students. Familiarity with literacy education techniques to support early reading skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
