Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Classroom Assistant to join our educational team. Help facilitate activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and positive interactions among children. Prepare classroom materials, assist with curriculum development, and ensure resources are ready for daily lessons. Supervise children during classroom activities, transitions, lunch breaks, and outdoor playtimes. Collaborate with teachers on student progress and behavior strategies to enhance learning outcomes. Skills Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments. Strong understanding of childhood development theories and early childhood education practices such as Montessori or preschool teaching methods. Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Ability to assist with lesson planning in subjects like literacy education and math. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, parents, and colleagues. Technical proficiency in using educational tools and resources for curriculum support. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, including autism spectrum disorder. Familiarity with early childhood curriculum development and instructional support roles.
