Responsibilities:
Support the
Lead Teacher:
Assist in implementing fun, age-appropriate lesson plans and daily activities. Create a
Safe Environment:
Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom where children can thrive.
Foster Growth:
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play, reading, and interactive learning.
Supervise & Care:
Monitor children during indoor/outdoor play, mealtime, and naptime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Build Relationships:
Maintain positive, open communication with parents and team members.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with young children (infants, toddlers, or preschoolers) is a plus but not required A warm, patient, and nurturing personality. Must pass required background checks and fingerprinting along with drug screen and physical. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
