Lead Infant Teacher

can cover 90% of college tuition , and GGLC contributes an additional 5% Opportunity to work toward an Indiana Pre-K-3 teaching license with little to no student debt Our Infant Teacher will: Provide warm, responsive, relationship-based care Follow each baby's individual feeding, sleeping, and diapering needs Create age-appropriate sensory, language, movement, and play experiences Communicate positively with families Maintain a clean, organized, safe classroom Work as part of a supportive teaching team What we're looking for: Must be 21 years of age or older Reliable and dependable Patient, loving, and attentive to infant cues Able to get up and down from the floor and safely lift/carry children Willing to learn and grow as an early childhood professional Must meet Indiana childcare requirements and successfully complete required background checks and drug screening At The Growing Garden Learning Center , we believe infant care is much more than bottles and diapers. Our babies deserve teachers who understand that their earliest relationships and experiences are building the foundation for everything that comes next.
Mooresville, Indiana Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
