Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Providers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children's developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Ensure the safety of children by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary Support positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respectful interactions Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with licensing standards for daycare or childcare facilities Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Excellent behavior management skills combined with patience and empathy Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining flexibility to adapt to children's needs Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment that supports diverse learners Join us in shaping bright futures!
