Oversee daily program operations, including classroom management, health and safety compliance, and adherence to legal regulations related to childhood development. Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support program goals. Collaborate with school leadership on strategic planning initiatives to enhance program growth and community engagement. Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure additional resources for program enrichment and facility improvements. Ensure compliance with all educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to early childhood education and school administration. Facilitate communication with parents, staff, and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular updates. Oversee personnel management tasks such as hiring, training, supervising school staff, and managing personnel records. Evaluate faculty performance through systematic assessments like faculty evaluation processes to maintain instructional excellence. Skills Extensive experience in curriculum development tailored for early childhood or K-12 settings. Proven leadership in managing teams within educational environments with strong management skills. Deep knowledge of educational compliance laws including special education law and childhood development regulations. Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and resource management at an administrative level. Strong background in school legal knowledge, instructional leadership in education, and school experience management. Demonstrated success in supervising staff, facilitating professional development, and evaluating faculty performance. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and engaging diverse audiences including parents and community partners. Classroom experience working directly with young children to inform leadership decisions effectively.
