This is a as needed position. In this vital role, you will step into classrooms to provide seamless coverage for lead teachers or assistants, ensuring that our young learners continue to thrive in a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment. Your energy, adaptability, and passion for early childhood development will help maintain a positive learning atmosphere and support the diverse needs of our students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys while gaining valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities Step into preschool classrooms to deliver high-quality instruction and care in the absence of the regular teacher or assistant Implement curriculum plans and lesson activities aligned with developmental standards and school policies Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and creativity Communicate regularly with lead teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student well-being Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings is highly preferred Join us as a Preschool Substitute to inspire curiosity, foster growth, and create joyful learning experiences!
