Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this role, you will create a vibrant, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development and literacy education. Your dedication will help foster curiosity, social skills, and a love for learning in children aged 2.5 to 5 years old. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong understanding of childhood development principles to support each child's growth and well-being. Responsibilities Plan lesson plans based on the child's interest, needs and strengths. Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management and social-emotional learning Planning engaging lesson plans focused on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, discipline, and effective classroom management techniques are upheld Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones Support children with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing individualized attention Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and assessments to monitor growth and inform instructional strategies Experience (does not need because we will train you) Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is not required but would be prefer. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Knowledge of early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math instruction, and physical education Familiarity with Montessori methods or other child-centered educational philosophies is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators Previous private school or daycare experience will be viewed favorably Join us in shaping the future by providing young children with the foundational skills they need to succeed! Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
