Qualifications:
- Requires years' experience in a license facility and/or CDA or Bachelors in Education or related field for a Lead Teaching Position in our Preschool classrooms.

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Preschool / Pre-K Teachers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences that foster early childhood development, support literacy and math skills, and promote social-emotional growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and help them reach their full potential in a caring, structured classroom setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Use effective behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and support individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections. Maintain accurate records of child development progress, attendance, and classroom activities in accordance with mandated reporting laws. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Ensure classroom safety by adhering to health protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures while promoting overall child welfare. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience developing curriculum content that supports literacy education, math skills, and physical activity. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children through lesson planning and interactive teaching methods. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and special education accommodations is preferred. Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in early childhood education or special education are a plus.
