Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Erlanger learning center. In this role, you'll nurture young children through developmentally appropriate curriculum, play-based learning, and individualized attention. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, follow health and safety standards, and build strong relationships with families through regular communication. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth while helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically each day. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and standards. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
