The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate educational activities focused on childhood development and early learning goals Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and engagement Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly Support classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children Administer basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring immediate response to minor injuries or health issues Collaborate with team members to plan and execute developmental activities tailored for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or children with special needs Adhere to all health and safety protocols related to childcare and daycare operations Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood education settings is highly preferred, but we will train the right individual!
