In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that build core academic and social-emotional skills. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, closely monitor progress, and adapt instruction to diverse learning needs. Teachers collaborate with families and colleagues, uphold all safety and compliance standards, and contribute to KinderCare's culture of care, diversity, and continuous growth.
