Monday through Friday, 3:00pm-6:00pm Job Summary LRLC @ CDR is looking or a dependable, energetic Afterschool Childcare Assistant to join our team! This is perfect opportunity for a college student, high school student (16+), or anyone looking for a rewarding part time position working with school age children. Responsibilities Supervise children in a safe, caring and engaging environment Assist with homework as needed Lead games, crafts and recreational activities Serve snacks and help during mealtimes Encourage positive behavior and teamwork Help keep classrooms and activity areas clean and organized Communicate professionally with staff and parents Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Reliable, responsible, and punctual Enjoys working with children Positive attitude and strong communication skills Able to pass a background check (required) CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Why Join LRLC?
