Job Summary:
- We are growing and are seeking smiling, energetic, and dedicated Teachers to join our team. Hourly wage is based on Education, Years of Experience, and Job Position. The Teacher will be responsible for creating implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the well-being of the children in our care.
Duties:
- Implement lesson plans that align with the center's curriculum and educational goals
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for children
- Conduct ongoing assessments of each child's progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices preferred
- Familiar in lesson planning and implementing educational activities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
