This role provides on-call support within early childhood education settings, stepping in as needed to assist teaching teams with the day-to-day operation of classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children. The individual in this position helps create a positive and engaging atmosphere by supporting activities that encourage learning and development in all key areas, including social interaction, emotional well-being, physical coordination, and early thinking skills. Duties may include helping organize classroom materials, guiding children through routines, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment is maintained at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have High School Diploma or GED. Education and experience working with pre-school children or infants and toddlers desired.
COMPENSATION
Jefferson Co. $16.24 - $18.84 Based on a candidates verified experience.
