KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers at Worthington Hills to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive environment. You will partner closely with families, collaborate with a supportive team, and participate in ongoing professional development. At KinderCare, you'll make a meaningful impact on children's early learning while building your own career in a culture of respect, diversity, and growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood development standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom organization, safety, and compliance with licensing standards. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
