Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards Support faculty evaluation processes, including classroom observations and performance reviews to promote instructional excellence Supervise preschool staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development facilitation to enhance team performance Manage school administrative functions such as scheduling, enrollment procedures, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives to improve program quality, expand community outreach, and support fundraising efforts Oversee budgeting activities related to program operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability Ensure adherence to special education laws and childhood development best practices to meet diverse student needs Facilitate effective communication with parents, staff, and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular updates Requirements Proven experience in school administration or leadership roles within preschool or K-12 settings, including school legal knowledge and educational compliance understanding Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and early childhood education principles Strong management skills with experience supervising school staff and managing personnel in educational environments Knowledge of managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with fundraising capabilities Familiarity with special education law, childhood development standards, and classroom experience working directly with young children Excellent organizational skills combined with strategic planning abilities for long-term program growth Effective public speaking skills to represent the school confidently at community events or stakeholder meetings Passion for fostering a positive learning environment that supports both children's growth and staff development This role is ideal for dedicated education professionals eager to lead impactful programs that inspire young minds.
