Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure a secure environment Support infants with feeding, diapering, nap routines, and other basic needs with compassion and professionalism Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that align with early childhood education standards and developmental best practices Experience Prior experience working with infants in a childcare setting such as daycare centers or preschools is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and infant care techniques Experience managing classroom activities for young children while maintaining discipline and positive behavior management strategies Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is required or willing to obtain upon hire Background in special education or experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members in a professional manner Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives by providing exceptional care that fosters growth, curiosity, and confidence.
