Position Details Title:

Preschool Lead Teachers Qualifications Teachers must have a CDA or college degree in education or are currently enrolled in a program to obtain one. Teachers with a CDA should be interested in enrolling in a program to obtain an associates or bachelors degree. Teacher assistants must have a CDA or college degree in education or be willing to enroll in a program to obtain one. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood center Must have strong communication skills Must be able to work with others Must have an understanding of child development and child behaviors Must have a valid CPR certification Must pass a criminal background check
