Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a Christian back drop and create a nurturing and stimulating loving environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. Foster literacy education by introducing age-appropriate reading materials and activities that promote language development. Incorporate math concepts into daily activities to enhance children's understanding of numbers and problem-solving skills. Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who may need additional assistance in their learning journey. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, share insights, and address any concerns regarding their child's development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends. Skills Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide children's behavior in a classroom setting. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other early childhood education philosophies is a plus. Experience working in private school settings is advantageous. Proficiency in lesson planning that incorporates various subjects including math and literacy education. Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is recognized but we will train the perfect cadadite . Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to create a nurturing environment that supports the emotional well-being of young children.
