Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging learning activities that align with early childhood education standards while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom activities to create a positive learning environment conducive to child development. Provide individualized attention to each child, catering to their unique needs and learning styles. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to enhance communication and collaboration. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback and support as necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration. Collaborate with other educators to develop programs that support children with special needs or diverse backgrounds. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Skills Strong caregiving abilities with a focus on nurturing young children. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a structured yet flexible learning environment. Knowledge of preschool education principles and practices, including early childhood education standards. Experience in special education is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners. Ability to educate effectively through engaging activities tailored to children's developmental stages. Familiarity with infant care practices is beneficial for working with younger age groups. Background in daycare settings is advantageous for understanding the dynamics of early childhood environments. Certification in first aid is preferred to ensure the safety of all students in the classroom. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
