Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Daycare Worker/Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire growth, curiosity, and confidence. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children in your care Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Foster a nurturing environment that encourages positive behavior management and social interaction among children Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care as needed for younger children Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing individualized care plans and working closely with specialists when necessary Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in First Aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Ability to engage children through creative activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, and interactive play Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members Passionate about caregiving, nurturing young learners, and supporting their growth through structured routines Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels children's curiosity and development!
