Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety and health protocols. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about child growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
