Responsibilities Supervise children during morning hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance to promote a positive learning environment Support early childhood education activities tailored to developmental needs Implement first aid protocols and respond promptly to minor injuries or emergencies using CPR and AED equipment when necessary Facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage socialization, creativity, and learning Help children transition smoothly into daily routines, including breakfast and morning exercises Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children and staff
