We are seeking dedicated and reliable childcare professionals to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a nurturing environment that supports early childhood development. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we offer comprehensive training and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. Support age-appropriate play, learning, and social interaction. Follow established routines and policies to ensure a consistent, high-quality childcare experience. Communicate effectively with team members and parents regarding children's progress and well-being. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and development.

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Prior experience in childcare is a plus, but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Schedule:

Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. This position is full-time with an 8-hour shift schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour. Additional earnings of $5.00 - $10.00 per hour may be available for extra hours worked, based on the company's operational needs. Salary increases after three months of successful employment. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and bonus opportunities.
