Job Description
•Supervise ALL staff (teachers, floaters, cook), hire and train new staff, ensure staff are following policies and procedures, meet and communicate with parents, maintain staff schedules and request off, oversee daily operations, monitor CCAP sign in, answer phone, return calls, ensure staff are implementing lesson plans, CLASS and completing TSG, maintain staff and student files, and all other requirements according to childcare state licensing. Other responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Experience:
Must have 5-10 years experience as an administrator in a Type III state licensed childcare center.

Education:
CDA, AA, BA or higher in

$38,400.00 - $48,000.00 per year
