Job Description

Lead Preschool Teacher Little Learners Preschool is looking for a dependable, loving, energetic, and organized Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children is required Patient, nurturing, and loving personality Dependable and responsible Energetic and enthusiastic about working with preschool-aged children Well-organized and able to manage a busy classroom Able to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to follow classroom routines, policies, and curriculum Someone who takes pride in keeping their classroom clean, organized, and engaging Reliable attendance and punctuality are very important Must be willing to work as part of a team and assist where needed Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for preschool children Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Follow our preschool curriculum and daily classroom schedule Maintain an organized and engaging classroom Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety Assist children with daily routines, including meals, bathroom needs, and nap time Complete required classroom documentation and child observations Communicate professionally with parents and other staff members Work cooperatively with administration and other teachers Maintain a clean and welcoming classroom Follow all daycare policies, state licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures Help create a positive classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and feel loved The Right Person for This Position We are looking for someone who is more than just looking for a job . Our preschool teachers play an important role in the lives of the children we care for. The right person will be patient, compassionate, dependable, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Experience working in a childcare or preschool setting is required.
Pay:
From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
