Overview We are a boutique wedding and event childcare service that provides thoughtful, engaging, and professional care for children during special celebrations. We are seeking warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Childcare Providers to join our growing team. If you love working with children and are excited about being part of meaningful family events, this is the perfect role for you. Please note, this is a flexible, as-needed position, ideal for nannies, babysitters, teachers, or childcare providers who are looking for occasional opportunities on evenings and weekends. We will require a background check. What You'll Do Provide attentive, high-quality care to children at weddings and private events, ensuring their safety and well-being. Create a fun, welcoming, and structured environment through age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities. Assist with routines such as meals, snacks, diapering, and quiet time as needed. Support children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, including those with special needs. Help foster a calm, positive, and inclusive environment during sometimes-busy event settings. Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure peace of mind and provide updates as needed. Collaborate with fellow childcare team members to create a smooth, supportive experience for families. What We're Looking For Prior experience working with children (nannying, babysitting, daycare, teaching, or similar). Comfort caring for multiple children in a group setting. Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and age-appropriate activities. Infant and toddler experience strongly preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (when most events take place). Why Join the team?
