Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role is essential in fostering a love for learning and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential through engaging activities and individualized attention. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, physical education, and overall childhood development. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns related to child welfare. Participate in early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning through play and exploration. Qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education and physical activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
